In June 2021 we had our first Microphone workshop hosted by Jono Annandale and Ema Barton from Holding Space as part of #SongwriterClub @Win-WinBar in Ponsonby.
We covered some basic live stage mic technique, looked at the difference between Dynamic and Condenser Mics, different polar / pick up patterns and reviewed a bunch of different microphones on the market, including some vintage mics from our personal collections.
